The best time I had on a trip
Very helpful in choosing the right vacation
With me being a paralyzed he was very helpful inhelping me get the right trip that would benefit me in a wheelchair

Joseph was by far the most detailed agent I have ever worked with. He kept me informed of any issues before they became issues. His follow up is of highest standards. Any time I asked him to follow up on something or add an excursion or specialty dining, it was done immediately and most importantly, I received a follow up email confirmation. When it came to the OBC, what I was told would be available was on my account when I arrived and boarded the ship. Five out of five stars
